Prerequisite: ESL 025 or ENGL 086 with a grade of "C" or better or appropriate placement. This course is designed for the student needing additional instruction in comprehension, vocabulary, and study skills. Emphasis will be on fundamental understanding of texts and increasing word knowledge. Participation in instructor-assigned reading lab activities is a required part of the course.
